The room had been updated recently, and the furniture was practical without crowding the space. We were five, traveling with three kids, and the sofa bed and sink outside the bathroom made the setup work really well for our one-night stay. Everyone we met on staff was kind and helpful. We had waffles in the morning and left happy.

We stay in hotels a lot for work, and this was the worst room we can remember. The bed felt like a brick, though the sheets were clean, and the carpet was filthy. The tub had jets, which is what they called a jacuzzi. At check-in, they also tried to charge us for a room we had already paid for. We won't return and can't recommend it.

Breakfast was great, and the room was clean. Check-in was easy, though the TV wasn't working. I called the front desk and Ram helped us out. We'd come back.

The service was awful, and the room wasn't clean. The sheets and beds smelled really bad. An older white male from housekeeping came into my room unexpectedly. Later, they said they couldn't find a blanket that was actually on the bed, then charged me $100 for it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Ram at the front desk worked hard to take care of what we needed and was attentive, helpful, and professional. Thanks, Ram!
