The bathtub was falling apart, there was a dirty washcloth left behind, and the toilet paper roll was empty. The toilet seat was detached, and I nearly slid off. I was also disappointed there wasn’t a VCR upgrade or even a VCR to watch. Staying here feels like Fear Factor, mixed with American Horror Story Hotel, The Hills Have Eyes, and Vacancy. The owners should be paying guests to put up with it. Just say no, shut the place down, and burn it to the ground!

The room had ripped, stained towels, holes in the ceiling, floor, and comforter, and rat droppings on the bathroom sink. The standing shower floor was disgusting, and there was chipped paint and what looked like sheetrock on the bathroom floor by the sink. The bed felt like I could roll off if I slept too close to the edge. It looked abandoned from outside, but we went in thinking it might be okay. I came to Atlantic City to have a good time and had planned to leave the same day, but decided at the last minute to stay. I couldn’t find a hotel near the Tropicana, so I looked a few miles away and ended up here. The rate was $169, and a non-refundable notice kept appearing during booking. After fees and taxes, it came to $229. I shouldn’t have been charged that much for such a run-down place. I wish I could post photos. Check reviews before booking somewhere like this. I hope this helps someone.

The shower was so small and dirty that you’d have to weigh 100 pounds to fit in it. The blinds were busted, the table was filthy, and the A/C, which looked like a two-by-four, blew hot air. There was no WiFi, despite what the ad said. The room was tiny, and you get what you pay for. I feel bad because the owner was a nice man and gave me a refund.

I was shown two rooms and couldn’t decide which was worse. Both had stains on the mattress and box spring, patched rugs, bugs, a moldy shower curtain, peeling paint, and dirty bathrooms. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and the price wasn’t worth it, not even for a quicky. I travel a lot and mostly stay in motels or Airbnb places since I only need somewhere to sleep and bathe. I ended up at the Crest, which was much better and cheaper. Now they’re claiming I never showed up so they can refuse my refund through Travelocity. I’d give this zero stars if I could. I’ve never seen a motel this dirty.

In both rooms we stayed in, the shower water was extremely hot. One bathroom had only hot water because the sink’s cold-water faucet was broken. The blinds had broken slats in both rooms. Neither room’s microwave worked, and there was no ceiling light. The table lamp didn’t work either. They show pictures of nice rooms, what a joke. Should I go on?
