Ashbrooke Hotel

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and had a lovely time. They welcomed us with champagne, and the hotel itself was lovely. It’s well placed for getting around Egg Harbor, and we enjoyed spending time by the fire with the other couples.

We keep coming back to the Ashbrooke when we vacation in Door County. If it’s already booked for our dates, we just think, ‘Good for them.’ The rooms are lovely, and we like watching the cars go by from a view of 42. There’s plenty of parking. We didn’t use the pool, but we definitely check availability here whenever we plan a trip to Door County.

The grand whirlpool suite was the nicest hotel stay I’ve ever had, and worth every penny. My fiancé and I loved the massive pool, and sitting on the deck with wine by the fire was great. The amenities were amazing, and I’ll definitely come back. I do wish there had been room service, especially at a hotel this grand, and a better breakfast for guests. I stayed for three days in June 2024.

We’ve been coming here for five years and just love it. It’s a nice quiet place without kids, and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are wonderful and everything is so clean. I’d prefer some fruit at breakfast instead of only muffins and yogurt, though I appreciate that they offer a small breakfast at all, since many hotels don’t. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want a peaceful getaway.
