We stayed five nights. Check-in took just a couple of minutes, and the staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. It's conveniently located, with plenty of parking. The breakfast selection was limited, but the area was clean and organized, and someone on site kept it stocked and tidy. The water was hot. There were serious problems in the room. The vinyl floor kept coming up and was dangerous to walk on; maintenance taped it, but more pieces lifted afterward. There were no grab bars in the tub or shower, mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling, and the toilet only flushed about once an hour. There were no outlets near the bed. Motorcycles were parked outside, with riders working on them during the day and revving engines late at night. We didn't feel safe leaving the room, and the place looked old and cheaply renovated.

The bed was the one good part of the room. The bathroom was small, and the shower was awful. Its knob was loose, so I had to tighten it myself, and even then it was hard to get hot water.

The door locks didn't work, the paint was peeling, the sheets were dirty, and the electronic devices weren't working right. The room was unacceptable, and the second one they offered was in much the same condition. I left without staying the night and am now trying to get a refund. If you've checked the reviews before booking, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Absolutely heinous.

The rooms were dirty, the sheets weren't clean, doors had been kicked in and only partly worked, and there were strange stains all over. The bathroom tubs seemed to have been hand-painted to cover stains and cracks. There were sketchy homeless people throughout the parking lot and outside room doors. The place may look appealing from the curb, but after dark it becomes somewhere else entirely. Ever since the "homeless initiative" to provide subsidized rooms for unhoused people went into effect, this hotel has turned into a dumpster. Avoid it at all costs.

This place is really crappy, and I didn't feel safe. My room was dirty, and the door handle DID NOT WORK. At breakfast, the coffee urn was empty, there were no eggs, meat, or potatoes, and the apples looked like they'd been harvested years ago, not fit to feed a dog, if dogs ate apples. And the biggest insult was paying $144 for a room worth about $50. That's how it goes.
