The quick, efficient check-in and checkout and good customer service were a nice start. I paid $88 and stayed in room 201 on Oct 19, after coming from Scottsdale to buy a vehicle from a dealership down the street the following day. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and nicer than I expected. Golden Corral is across the street, where I got the breakfast buffet with juice for $11 before 10 a.m., so I didn't need a pricier room's free continental breakfast. There's a Jack in the Box across the street too, with the three places forming a triangle. A few things were frustrating. The TV connection froze every 5-45 seconds, so I watched my 49ers beat the Falcons on my phone, and the freezing kept up when I tried to put on a movie. Sink pressure was so low that washing my hands and rinsing my toothbrush were difficult. I woke up with a couple of insect bites, probably from a mosquito since I saw one and thought I'd killed it.

The rooms here have enough space, are clean, and each has a microwave, refrigerator, and nice TV. I also appreciate that they skip the plastic wood look you see in other budget places. I rarely give motels five stars on principle, since you don't usually get that kind of experience, but this seems to be the only East county motel with rooms that are consistently this good. 10/10, I'll stay again.

I feel relaxed here every time I stay. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well-kept, and the welcoming staff go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. I've stayed often, and it's been great each time. Whenever I'm in the area, this is my go-to spot because I can count on a good stay.

The shower pressure is outstanding, though the bathroom is a 3/4 bath with no tub. Towels could stand to be upgraded, but they do the job. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to get along with. I found it good value for the money.
