The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, and I’d probably come back. The hotel was mostly quiet, though there was a slight marijuana smell in the halls. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, but I could’ve used more towels. I also liked that they don’t charge a ridiculous deposit like other hotels nearby, unless you’re a local, which seemed weird. For $130 a night, I expected a bit more cleanliness. The floor left my feet black, so I had to wash them a few times and would recommend wearing socks around the room. Some lampshades were dirty, and the Wi-Fi was weak in my room. The AC was a little noisy but not too annoying. The TV was a nice size and worked fine, as did the microwave and fridge. There were plenty of outlets, and every lamp worked, which is rare these days. I honestly expected to pay a little less.

Room 308 had roaches in the sink and on the bench, and the couch was filthy. Other than those problems, there weren’t any issues. The staff were nice and polite, the price was great, and breakfast was great too. I missed the evening cookies, but it was cool that they offered them. They had water available after breakfast as well.

I had a great two-night stay over a holiday weekend. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the location was perfect. Julia at the front desk was warm and professional, with excellent customer service. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty, and Lawanda in the kitchen was friendly and helpful. I’ll choose this location again when I visit my hometown.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The front desk clerk was never at the desk, and the room and hotel had a bad smell. There was an empty whiskey bottle beside the sofa, and the room wasn’t clean. Breakfast was awful, you’d be better off going to McDonald’s. The staff weren’t friendly and didn’t seem to take pride in their workplace.

We were only there briefly, but the room was very clean and the place was affordable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and all said goodbye when we left.
