I drove all the way from California after calling about a month-to-month rental. They said they had plenty of rooms, quoted over $1,000 for a kitchenette and $950 a month for a regular room, and told me one would be waiting the next day. When I arrived, they said no monthly rooms were available, only daily ones, but maybe one would open up after four nights. I agreed to that. The room was infested with roaches, bed bugs, and other bugs, and I got bitten all over. I checked out the next morning because I couldn’t take another night there. They refused to return any of my money, including the amount for the three nights I didn’t stay. The owners couldn’t tell the truth if their lives depended on it. They’re crooks and slumlords. I highly recommend boycotting Beverly Crest Motor INN Motel on Dyer Street in El Paso Texas.

The new management were humble and helped me get an Uber. The rooms were clean and really big. Very nice hotel, definitely recommend it.

I didn’t have as much money on my card as I thought. She said they wouldn’t take a partial payment, then told me she’d canceled the charge. But the charge still showed on my account, and they wouldn’t help get it returned. They took what they could and never gave me a room. Not happy. Update: I’ve been trying to dispute it as a fraudulent charge through my card company since I paid but received no service. When I called the hotel again, they claimed I had a room because there was a charge, even though I didn’t. Seriously messed up company. Time to call the Better Business Bureau.

Roaches, a broken bed, only two working lamps, and a smell of old, rancid smoke. I walked in, saw the disaster, and walked straight back out. They wouldn’t refund me or give me a different room. Negligent in every way. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here, and I’ll be filing a complaint Monday Morning. Worst of the worst.
