Embassy Suites by Hilton El Paso

The room was fabulous, clean, and well cared for, though there was some noise from I-10 about half a football field away. The location is the one drawback. I’ll keep coming back for the service. I dealt with Jonathan and Gabrielle. I arrived early, but there weren’t any rooms ready. Jonathan contacted housekeeping to find out which one would be ready first, and I chose to wait rather than rush them. When I returned, Gabrielle was just as friendly and eager to help, and clearly wanted me to be happy with my stay. After hundreds of nights on the road over two years, mostly at Hiltons or affiliates, this was the best customer service I’ve had from a hotel chain. Never have I ever had better help from such responsive, friendly staff.

The location worked well for shopping, food, and work, and I felt safe the whole time. Loading and unloading was easy thanks to the side entrances, and you can see the lobby when you step out of your room. The walls were solid, so I didn’t hear people in neighboring rooms. My room was peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean, with soft, comfortable bedding. Both TVs were smart TVs, and the AC and heater worked perfectly. Breakfast was included, as were two complimentary drinks each day during happy hour. I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for one night, and the room was clean and everything worked. The staff we met were all pleasant and friendly. The evening reception had vegetables, chips, crackers, cheese, and dips, while the clean morning breakfast was what we expected. I’d give the hotel four stars because of a few details: no shower gel, only one bath towel at first (housekeeping quickly fixed that), no non-alcoholic beer at the reception, and no egg substitute even though the omelet station sign said it was available. It cost a little more than the other hotels, but felt worth it to us.

The evening snacks at happy hour are always a treat, and the breakfast is one of a kind. We love the spacious, spotless rooms and the great pool. Every stay feels welcoming, from the friendly faces at check-in to the team taking care of guests. Fernando deserves a special shout-out for making the experience even better. Embassy Suites El Paso is clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Whenever we drive through El Paso, we won’t stay anywhere but Embassy Suites Hilton El Paso. Thanks, and we can’t wait to return.
