Extended Stay America Suites El Paso West

Of all the extended stays I’ve visited, this one has been the best so far. I haven’t had any problems. The rooms are spacious and really clean, and the staff clean inside and outside every morning. James at the front desk and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful with information. There’s also a little breakfast, like a muffin and coffee.

The accommodations weren’t going to suit my elderly mother for a few different reasons, but GM David was incredibly gracious about it. He understood where I was coming from and couldn’t have handled the situation more kindly. I really appreciate it. Thank you!

David, the manager, helped us a lot in finding a room that worked well for me and my family. The rooms were clean, and the customer service was excellent. It’s a great place for a stay of a day or even a month, with everything you need for a nice visit. I give it five stars and really recommend it.

There were overflowing trash cans outside, and the lobby and hallways smelled of smoke even though the rooms are non-smoking. Our key cards didn’t work right, and the room looked like it had only been given a quick surface wipe. Breakfast was just coffee, oatmeal packets, and granola bars.
