Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport

Feb2026: 4⭐: The shuttle got me to the airport quickly as soon as I asked. The parking works best for cars and passenger trucks, and two or more commercial vehicles might have trouble fitting. There are handicapped spots by the entrance and a covered place to load or unload in the rain. Nearby restaurants, including chains, are about a mile away and reasonably walkable, so I’d recommend the location. The lobby was clean and tidy when I arrived, and the guest representative was friendly and efficient. My room was ready and fairly neat, with free basic Internet access, shades that kept out light, enough towels, and a working refrigerator and microwave, which I used for a snack. I did find some female hair strands in the shower, but the hot water was sufficient. There’s also a mini mart by the front desk. I checked the pool and fitness center, and both were open and functional. The gym has three aerobic machines, hand weights, weight balls and a jump box, fine for a basic workout.

For a work trip, the location was perfect, and the hotel was a really solid choice. Breakfast had a decent selection, and it was nice to have a bar for a nightcap. Rooms at the back, away from I-10, are pretty quiet.

I was there for a meeting, not to stay overnight, and didn’t have a room or eat anything. The meeting areas were clean and easy to find, and the restrooms were clean too. The entry and public spaces felt cozy and were tidy. The location was very convenient, and when I asked for the temperature to be adjusted, they did it quickly.

I usually stay at Hilton and they rarely let me down, but this El Paso location did. The lobby and room were clean enough, but the hotel isn’t near the airport, and it sits off the 10 freeway. Check-in staff were really rude. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted a personal conversation and never made eye contact. The room was noisy as hell: freeway and outdoor sounds, people walking in the room above, hallway noise, and a very loud air unit. It felt like a motel. I wouldn’t stay again.
