Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport was a fabulous stay. The rooms were literally perfect, clean, comfortable, and enjoyable, and the staff were on top of everything, answering questions and helping with big and small things. I’ve traveled a lot for work and personally, and this was the best service I’ve ever seen. El Paso is the friendliest place on earth, and the Radisson El Paso lived up to that. I accidentally left my cell phone behind. The staff collected it, kept it safe, and FedEx'ed it to me. I’ve never seen such honest, competent, and helpful people. It’s the best stay you could hope for!

The room was spacious and clean, and we liked the styling. We tried both the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and were really pleased with them. Overall, we had a great stay.

We booked for 2/14, but check-in was delayed by an hour. After we finally got to the room, we went out. When we returned, the AC in our suite wasn’t working. The front desk lady was rude when we told her. She said she’d send someone up, but then said nobody was available. We asked who she’d meant to send in the first place, and she sent the bell man, who couldn’t fix it. They downgraded us from the suite to a regular room but said the rate would stay the same, even though we’d paid extra for a suite. I understand it was a busy weekend and rooms were booked, but why am I paying suite price for a regular room?

The rooms were beautiful and clean, but avoid the 4th floor. They first put us in room 412, far away, so lugging my carry-only luggage was a pain. The toilet there wouldn’t flush, so we moved to 410, where the AC didn’t work. Speaking Spanish would also be a plus at this hotel.

If you tend to get hot, you DO NOT want to stay here. The smart thermostats won’t go below 68 degrees, and my room felt hotter than the hotel hallway. I booked for two nights, but after one of the hottest nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel and a terrible sleep, I checked out. They refused to refund the second night I’d paid for. Terrible rooms and terrible service. Stay as far away as possible!
