I have no complaints about this place. The location and customer service were great, and the room was quiet and clean.

The room was okay, but the unsecured Wi-Fi was painfully slow. Showering was hard because the water kept swinging from freezing cold to boiling hot. Owners, I’ve got two words for you: fitted sheets.

They say the hotel is pet friendly, and it seemed nice enough, but they wouldn’t let me stay because I had my dog. They didn’t even ask what kind of dog she was, and she’s small. I needed to get my Dodge van repaired urgently at the dealer next door because it was squeaking so badly I didn’t want to drive another inch. I even asked if I could sleep in the van in their lot overnight and pay them for it. Still no. The front desk response felt a little lacking in humanity, or maybe they really hate dogs. I left in tears.

We were there for Katt fest, about 15 minutes from Lucky Star. The rooms were clean and everything in ours worked, with convenience stores right next door. Not a bad choice if you need somewhere to stay for a night or two.
