Management listened to our frustration about the reservation at their competitor across the highway and Metro, and they were flexible enough to make things work. This one saved my trip, and I won’t name the competitor. Their reservation had gone straight to a debit card instead of a credit card, which was odd to me for California. At 11 p.m. Western time on 3/2/2026, I booked online from the seven rooms left. The rooms were definitely clean and thoroughly scrubbed, with no bathroom mold and very good caulking. The sink and toilet are Kohler. Someone on housekeeping clearly loves her job. I forgot to buy a Scrub Daddy sponge for my mom back home, but the housekeeper was so polite and helpful. I didn’t get her name badge. The beds have definitely been redone. The security deposit is rather high, though I understand with the crowd coming and going. Thanks to management and staff. So far, they’re in my good graces.

Carmen, Vanessa, Andrea, and Liz are PHENOMENAL. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Whenever I needed anything, they jumped on it right away. Staff like this deserve raises, and I say that as a fellow AFOM/SUP at a property in Washington state. Thank you, ladies. I’ll always stay here when I’m in LA, and I’m already booking my next trip.

I’m only two days into my five-day vacation, and the stay has already been absolutely amazing. Carmen, Vanessa, Andrea, and Liz made my birthday really special. When I got injured, they helped me find supplies and made sure I was comfortable. The breakfast is incredible, and the hot tub was sensational. These women need a raise, and I’m already planning to come back.

The staff were cheerful and ready to help, from the front desk agents handling guest requests to the team keeping the hotel running. There were lots of good breakfast choices each morning, and it seemed like the staff enjoyed their jobs. The building I stayed in, the second one apart from the main building, had two elevators, while the main building only had one. The kitchens in the rooms and the hotel decor could use more modern updates, though everything seemed well maintained. The lobby entrance was locked overnight until around 8 or 9 in the morning, which made us feel safer and probably kept people from wandering in for breakfast. We had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s the best Residence Inn I’ve been to so far. It’s close to LAX, but I didn’t hear any jets, and they provide transportation to and from the airport. Lizbeth deserves special thanks for her professionalism and hospitality. When my flight was canceled, the front desk helped change my stay and held my luggage for as long as I needed. The area seemed okay safety-wise, I felt fine leaving my car in the hotel lot, and key access is required between buildings, which felt secure. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and well cared for. Breakfast is standard Residence Inn fare. The laundry room was spotless and everything worked. I’d stay here whenever I’m in LA without hesitation.
