We didn’t get into our room until after 3 a.m. and were exhausted, especially since we were in town for my grandmother’s funeral. Soon after settling in, we found that the heating unit only blew warm air for about 30 minutes before switching to cold. When I called the front desk, they offered an extra blanket and a space heater instead of fixing it. There was also visible mold on the ceiling above the sink, which really concerned me because I have a child with asthma. I took photos. I was told all the non-smoking rooms were booked and only smoking rooms were available. That wasn’t an option for our family because of my son’s asthma, and there was no urgency or real effort to resolve the problem. I asked for the manager or owner and requested a refund because the conditions felt unsafe and unacceptable. They said they’d contact me, but they still haven’t. Between the broken heat, mold, lack of concern about health issues and poor customer service, this was incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to families or anyone with health concerns.

The service was good, and the small continental breakfast was okay, though the trash was full, the counter wasn’t clean, the cereal was a little stale and there was no flavored creamer. The new rooms had poorly done flooring, with grout missing in some spots, but otherwise everything was okay. We’re not too familiar with Quality Inn, but it didn’t compare to our usual brand hotel. The price was about the same as our loyalty brand, while offering less. Still, it gave us a roof over our heads and a bed to sleep in, so thanks.

The rooms were updated and clean, and the price was really reasonable. It’s conveniently near the interstate, restaurants and grocery stores. I had a great stay at this Elberton hotel. Hopefully that covers it!

The room was okay, with cable TV and a comfortable bed, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than 2-3 days. I was there for a week, and there’s no laundry room. On cold days the room gets very cold if the heater isn’t on.

I love how clean the rooms are and how soft the beds feel. The motel is close to town, within walking distance of Walmart and ingles.
