The second room was even worse, with a stronger foul smell and floors and counters so dirty they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The first room’s toilet wouldn’t flush. Inside, the whole building smelled awful and strongly of marijuana. I waited about 30 minutes at the front desk on each of two occasions for someone to appear, and repeated calls for help went unanswered. The desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and from the moment I arrived the place felt completely unwelcoming. I left without staying, even though I’d booked it as a safe place, and lost the $200. I’d previously left just one star, then saw the owner reply that guests are valued and feedback helps them improve. I didn’t feel valued on site at all, and I can’t believe that claim after this experience. I expect nothing beyond a worthless apology, even though guests with terrible stays should get refunds, the staffing should be more professional, and the problems should actually be fixed. There are countless reviews like mine, so I doubt anything will change. I’ll file a complaint with corporate. This deserves zero stars. Don’t waste your time or money, you’ll be deeply disappointed. You’d be better off sleeping in a car.

The area is really good and would be perfect for dates, and we’ll definitely come again. I had a great time here with my wife. The sheets were good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were cool and helpful, especially Arianna, who was super patient and took extra time to direct us to our room. She even offered us towels.

Randall Rd gets really busy at peak times, which is the only thing to expect. I’ve been staying here and find it relaxing, with no issues at all from staff or other people. The staff members are really nice and understanding, and the prices are good for however long you want to stay.

The location wasn’t anything special, with nothing too exciting nearby, but it worked for what we needed and getting around was easy. My hubby and I, a gay couple, stayed at WoodSpring Suites for a little getaway and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, laid out well, with everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed was comfy and everything seemed well maintained. Arianna at the front desk was awesome, friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome right away. Check-in went smoothly, she answered all my questions, and gave me a few tips about the area. She clearly cares about guests, which made a big difference. I’d definitely stay here again with the hubby and recommend it.

Commuting was easy from here since it’s right near the main roads, so I’ll book again on future work trips. The room was quiet and comfortable, with everything I needed to get work done. Staff were professional and quick to help whenever I asked. It was a solid choice for work.
