This is my experience and opinion. The price was too high for what we got, though it was our fault for booking without doing our due diligence and giving the place the benefit of the doubt. We were traveling for work and needed somewhere to rest for a few hours. As soon as we arrived, we wanted to leave. We asked for a refund, but that wasn’t going to happen, so we stayed for at least a few hours. Same-day options were limited, and that’s what we were dealing with. The place looked run down, with cars on cinder blocks out front and questionable characters around. The room wasn’t adequately cleaned: soap scum on the bathroom counters, leaky faucets, burn marks on the toilet seat, a dirty-looking tub, and gross floors. There were burn holes and marks on the bedding and just about every surface. The room reeked of cigarettes despite being labeled “no smoking.” As a couple, I didn’t feel safe there, and I wouldn’t consider the location safe for a solo traveler or families with children. The only good thing was that I “think” the sheets were “clean,” and it gave us somewhere to rest. I’d rather sleep in the vehicle than risk bed bugs, roaches, or whatever else. We didn’t bring our things into the room because we were afraid to. I’ve learned to read reviews and maybe trust that not everyone is a Karen looking to complain. My biggest hope is that management sees this and works on the problems.

The AC barely worked, so the room was hot. We asked for another room, but they claimed none were available even though lots were open. Roaches were crawling everywhere. The room was dirty: dirt, hair, and hairballs on the floors, plus dirt and hair in the shower. Sheets and blankets were stained and had burn holes all over. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

The room was so unsanitary I wouldn’t risk using the tub. There was no plug for the bathtub, and housekeeping had even left a partial bottle of alcohol in the refrigerator. The microwave door was greasy inside, a red substance was smeared on the wall, and the heater/AC unit face was broken and filthy. The ceiling, doors, furniture, and walls had significant damage to the finish and paint. If you’re traveling with small children and plan to bathe them, or want a nice hot bath, do NOT stay here. The only good things about this hotel are that it has exterior walls, a roof, and beds. If I could have picked a lower score, I would have.

I was in town on business and didn’t have time to find another hotel. On the second day, before I left to handle business, I asked the staff to fix the problems or accommodate me. When I got back, nothing had changed. I then asked to move, but they said no rooms were available. After I returned home, the hotel refused to hear me. The faucet was broken, there was no tub drain plug, the bathroom lights and TV didn’t work, and the WiFi was either unusable or terribly slow. There was mold in the room and burn holes in the comforters. The towels were never replaced, and the room was never cleaned. This place is absolutely awful and shouldn’t be allowed to host guests. Avoid at all costs.

The staff were no help and were too busy on their cell phones. The room was dirty, with peeling, dirty paint on the walls and doors. The microwave was nasty inside, and the fridge had a liquor bottle that was three-quarters empty. I only wish I could give this place a lower score.
