The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet enough for me to get some much-needed rest. It's clean, has an airport shuttle, and the front desk staff were friendly. There's a small kitchen, but I didn't see a bar, so I'm not sure whether there is one. For food, Door Dash is your friend. I'll definitely be back.

After 16 hours of travel, I checked into room 615 exhausted, only to find that its heating and air conditioning system wasn't working. It was about -20°C outside, and the room was freezing. Maintenance came around 45 minutes after I called, worked on the unit, then confirmed it wasn't functioning and said I'd have to change rooms. When I called the desk again, Marsiala was rude and unprofessional. She hung up, said there was nothing she could do, and showed no regard for my situation. I went down to ask for help with my luggage, but was told no one was available. I had to push the bellman's trolley myself to a room very far away, while exhausted and feeling unwell from the cold. No one apologized or showed concern. Moving all my luggage alone took over three hours. I received no apology, service recovery, or compensation. This caused significant physical discomfort and emotional distress, and fell far below the guest care I'd expect from a Marriott property. I am requesting a formal review of the incident, especially the front desk staff's conduct, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor treatment. The service was poor, and management didn't seem to care about guest comfort. We felt stranded without a shuttle to shopping areas or local attractions, unlike at most hotels nearby, unless we paid for private transport. Breakfast meant leaving the building and walking outside in the freezing cold to a lobby in another building, which was very inconvenient. Most elevators were out of service, so the one working elevator for the whole building meant long waits and crowding. They also provide only two small bottles of water for the entire stay and charge for more, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The reception desk staff provided outstanding service, and the airport terminals were served by a constant shuttle. The Mall, Ruby Tuesday, and IHOP are all within walking distance. There are meeting and conference rooms, a fitness center, and other amenities. The in-house cafe makes Starbucks drinks and meals to order, with other items prepared there or delivered to your room.
