American Dream Inn

I was so grossed out that I left just three hours after checking in, even though I'd paid for two nights. I doubt I'll get any money back. The coffee maker stank and had what looked like cockroach pieces floating in it. I rinsed it over and over, but couldn't get rid of them. The refrigerator had ice and nasty grime, plus what looked like meat blood. I kept cleaning it, despite having brought my own plug-in cooler, because I couldn't stand the smell. The lights on both sides of the bed wouldn't turn on even though they were plugged in. I felt like there was no way I could sleep there.

This is a terrible place and doesn't seem safe for kids or even vehicles. Most of the rooms look like they're occupied by people who live there.

There were roaches all over the walls, dressers, kitchen, and even the table, so you couldn't set a drink down without one crawling over it. They wanted $160 for a room in that condition. It was disgusting. We also saw multiple roaches in a trap meant for rats. If they're going to keep the place like this, they should let people stay for free. In my opinion, the whole place needs to be rebuilt. There's no saving it as it is.

There were three cars in the parking lot, but they told me no rooms were available because the cleaning person hadn't shown up for work that day.
