10/10
The breakfast had a nice selection, with sandwiches, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, and a Costa coffee machine. Everyone on staff we met was pleasant. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable beds and pillows made it fine. The hotel was clean, and I liked that the floors weren't carpeted since they felt cleaner.

Comfortable and clean, with a decent breakfast. The turkey sausage wasn't good, but I liked everything else.

There was no hot water in the mornings, and our room never got cleaned during our entire 4-day stay. We had to keep asking for clean towels. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent, and the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. A terrible stay from beginning to end, and nowhere near basic hospitality standards. Avoid it.

We were diamond elite members, and otherwise had a good stay. But after being told they were running behind, the staff kept knocking every few minutes. That just slows people down and defeats the reason for knocking in the first place.

We just checked in and already like the place. It was clean, the price was very reasonable, and they have fresh ground coffee.
