The rooms were extremely clean, and the service was friendly. They have breakfast every morning and room service, plus free Wi-Fi, and there were no bugs. You can pay with a debit card, though not a prepaid one. I usually book through Priceline because it's cheaper, but Wyndham has a separate rewards app that I recommend for better rewards. If I'm giving it five stars, it's worth checking out.

My cat didn't have fleas before we stayed here, and now she does. I paid 20.00 per day for her, but we were put in a bare-bones room at the back of the hotel with the other pets. Dogs barked all day and night, and the room felt like a kennel. I was disappointed to get no carpet or chair, and the towels were like rags. Paying extra, I expected a normal room.

The building could use a major overhaul. I gave five stars for the staff's daily hard work and the way they make a point of saying good morning to guests. My three-star rating was really about the building.

The room was filthy all over, with mold and dirty blankets. When I told the front desk agent, he said he couldn't move me and offered a blanket so I could change it myself. Customer service was bad too. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place.

We've stayed here a couple of times while visiting Elkhart and have always had great service. Breakfast is a plus, too. The only strange thing is how confusing it is to drive around the parking lot.
