Staybridge Suites Columbia Baltimore by IHG

The front desk team were professional and accommodating, but I can’t recommend the stay. The lobby and breakfast areas look remodeled, while our first-floor room felt very dated. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the dark gray and black carpet had stains. The free breakfast felt worth exactly what it cost, and finding a parking spot was a nightmare.

We were able to check in at 4:00am after starting out late, and it was no problem. We’d booked a one-room suite but were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. The management was great to work with. Breakfast is worth trying, they really go all out, and the kids have games to play if you want to sit and talk for a bit. Great place!

We had a great stay for our Girls Getaway. The two-bedroom suite had three beds, two bathrooms, and a shared area where we could hang out. The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff were super nice, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel was close to the airport, restaurants, malls, and casinos, which made it really convenient. We’ll definitely return for another getaway soon. This stay reminded me why I’m a loyal IHG member: great service and great hotels.

I spent 11 nights at Staybridge Columbia. The staff were warm and helpful, and the outdoor areas, including the pool, were well maintained. Breakfast was convenient, but the protein choices were always pork, even though the signs mentioned alternatives. Housekeeping came only three times, so keeping up with towels and supplies was difficult. The fridge was switched off when I arrived, and my food and medication spoiled. There was a persistent damp smell in the room, and the desk outlets didn’t work. I’d consider staying again because the staff were friendly, but better communication and a few maintenance fixes would make the experience much better.
