Tobie, the General Manager, made my stay especially memorable with thoughtful, outstanding service. She went out of her way to make sure everything was right, and her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the time I arrived. I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed from check-in through check-out. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so it was easy to relax during my weekend visit. The stay exceeded my expectations, and the combination of service, cleanliness, comfort, and location made it a great experience. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Columbia and would return.

After a long travel day, I was glad to have such a spacious, modern, exceptionally clean room to relax in. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional the whole time, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. For anyone flying in or out of South Carolina who wants a convenient, comfortable, well-run hotel, this is a strong choice. I had a great stay.

Michael (GM) and DeShaun helped me get a room at the last minute after my kiddo entered the wrong directions and I hadn’t checked them. We’d been traveling all over SC for college tours and were exhausted. They were completely friendly about it, and I was able to cancel the other room. I got to chat with both of them while sorting it out, and their local recommendations were really helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It’s an older property, which was fine with me. The location worked well, too, right in the middle of things to see and do and just a seven-minute drive to USC for our tour, even in traffic. Thanks for making it an enjoyable stay.

Thank you, Tobie Harris, for taking such good care of me and my family. My husband wasn’t feeling well, and she checked on us whenever she could. She made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t miss a beat.
