Americas Best Value Inn Elm Creek

The staff were kind, and the A/C, fridge, and microwave all worked. The room itself wasn't too bad, but I don't think it was worth $90. The comforters are paper thin, and you have to ask for an extra blanket. Wi-Fi was also only provided after I asked, then it was slow and unreliable. The bigger concern was what looked like mold under the bathtub's anti-slip mat. The drain plug was broken, and the place generally seemed poorly maintained.

Rigo has only owned the America’s Best Value Inn in Elm Creek, NE, for two months, but he clearly cares about guests. He runs a cleaning business, and the room was spotless. He brought fresh sheets without us needing to ask, was really friendly, and gave us the Wi-Fi password right away. The earlier bad reviews were from before he took over. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

It’s a lot better than it was five years ago, and our room was clean. The fridge and TV worked, and there was a coffee pot, though no coffee or extras for it. The lobby looks set up for continental breakfast, but they don't serve breakfast. Coffee is the only thing available.

Big, comfortable rooms and very clean. The front desk staff were super friendly too. For the price, the quality is hard to beat.
