The staff were friendly, breakfast was nice, and the area felt safe. The rooms seemed practically new, and they allow pets. Debbie at the front desk was wonderful when I called during my drive home to ask about a room and pets. She held one for me until I arrived. I liked the stay enough that I stopped here again on my way back. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Debbie made me feel like family. She greeted me with a smile, asked how my day was going, and really listened. The rest of the staff were warm and welcoming too. The hotel was new and exceptionally clean, and I had a wonderful stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly place, and I’ll be back.

The carpet had just been shampooed when I checked in, and the room's smell and condition weren't what I wanted. Ms. Debbie worked out a solution and found a room that suited me and my family. She made us feel welcome and at home, and her professionalism and sisterly warmth are why I’ll return. Thanks, Ms. Debbie. See you again.

The room was clean and beautiful, and I slept really well. The women at the desk were sweet, too. I don’t stay in hotels often and didn’t arrive with any particular expectations, but opening the room door put a smile on my face. I’m from Willoughby and wanted to be near the Fitness Show at Avon Performing Arts Center, where I take part every six months. I booked the Hampton Inn and plan to stay again for the next show in April 2026.

The room itself was mediocre, with torn, smelly carpet, tape on the ceiling, and balloon string tied to the fire suppression system. It didn’t look like housekeeping was paying attention to fire safety. The woman at the desk when we arrived was great, but the evening guy didn’t seem interested in helping with the party overhead. Juveniles were running, stomping, and blasting music, with no adults in the room.
