Lighthouse Suites - Best Western Signature Collection

The people here made my wife feel happy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were genuinely kind, answered every question with a smile, and seemed glad to have us there. She also noticed the housekeeping staff smiling all the time. Miss Diana and Christian took great care of her, and Tabitha booked us into the hotel. My wife thought she was a great person. A gentleman at the pantry was kind too, and made us fresh, hot omelettes. Our room was very clean, and they even upgraded us despite being fully booked. They also took the time to work out how we could extend our stay. This was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. 10 out of 10.

We were glad we picked this hotel for our fall fishing trip. Bogue Inlet pier is only a few minutes away by car, and the place was quiet, clean, and handy for the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. It’s a small, fairly new hotel with just the basics, but it had what we needed. Breakfast was continental and good, with omelets one morning and biscuits and gravy another as a nice surprise. We didn’t use the pool, though it looked clean, like the rest of the hotel. We’ll book here again.

The Lighthouse Inn added a lot to our first visit to Emerald Isle. It was a surprise Christmas getaway for my wife, so not many places were open, but we saw enough to know we’ll definitely come back in season. We really liked the staff, the location, the local feel, and the amenities.

They followed up by text and email to confirm my reservation and invited me to ask if I needed anything. I asked for a bottle of champagne before arriving, and they provided it at no extra charge. The room was clean and neat, and breakfast was fantastic, especially the signature omelet. Beach chairs were available first come, first served, and beach access was less than a five minute walk. I’ll book again next summer.
