Comfort Inn & Suites

I wouldn't recommend staying at Comfort Suites. They apparently don't care that you have a reservation and have told them you won't arrive until 3-4 am. Even when the place isn't busy, they'll claim it is and won't give you an extra hour for late checkout. Then they can be quick to charge your card for another day, even if you're just two minutes past checkout. Seems to be a thing with these Comfort Suites. They also need to clean the edges and corners better. I don't know why hotels slack on the spots people notice most.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby looked nice. Still, there was a feeling that corners were being cut. The sink's hot and cold were reversed, and it seemed like it had been left that way for a long time. Breakfast had no meat. Both the check-in and checkout clerks were antisocial, avoided eye contact, and came across as brusque and borderline rude. They didn't make us feel valued or appreciated as guests.

Our plans changed because of the weather, and the staff were friendly and accommodating about it. The room was clean, in nice condition, and everything was in good shape. We'd stay here again.

The room was nice, but the person at the front desk was hard to work with. She kept telling me which rooms weren't open instead of which ones were. It was weird and annoying.
