The gym and breakfast were especially nice, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff put in real effort to make me feel at home, which made for a very pleasant stay. Great hotel and team.

The front desk staff made both of my stays enjoyable. I was there for two days last week and two days this week, and Marietta, Brooklyn, and Colleen were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for the great service. I'll stay there again when I'm back, and my coworkers and staff will too. The Fairfield is the newest hotel in Emporia, and in my view the best, from its location to its amenities.

Marietta took good care of me and made sure I had a great stay. It’s nice to have more places to stay in this area. This place was great, and I'll definitely come back.

Marietta at the front desk was helpful before we even arrived. My app wasn't working, maybe because of my phone carrier, and after we lost connection she called me back to make the reservation. She was friendly and positive, and we had a great stay.

The room was clean and tidy, A++. I travel often and have high standards for where I crash for the night. They greeted me warmly right away, with a real service-minded welcome. I'll be back!
