Pets are welcome, which is always nice, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available for a nice hour. This was our first visit and we had a great stay: the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet enough to sleep well.

Keep an eye on your valuables. My children and I went down to breakfast, and when we came back the door to our room was ajar. Later I realized my daughter's tablet was missing. The front desk seemed concerned at first, but the response was a failure: they said several of their cameras weren't working, so they couldn't see what happened, and apologized for the alarming incident. The hotel stopped communicating after that. I'm very disappointed. I've been a Holiday Inn member for years and have never had an experience like this.

After a full day of travel, my parent caused some significant miscommunication. I rely on a roll-in shower for accessibility, and the staff were kind and accommodating enough to set up two separate rooms to meet that need. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and highly recommend it as a comfortable, accessible place to stay.

I left a personal item worth well over $100 behind when I stayed here in October. That was my fault, but I called just an hour after leaving and asked if they could ship it to me. I even offered to cover postage. I got no response. A couple of weeks later I called again and still heard nothing, and the woman sounded extremely irritated with me.
