Grand Prairie Hotel

My experience was very bad from the start. Shortly after I checked in, I found there was no hot water. Nobody told me at check-in, even though it was a technical problem at the hotel. I called reception to report it, and the receptionist yelled at me and hung up without explaining or offering a solution. When I went down to ask in person, the staff were rude and unprofessional. The next day, I was told to speak with the manager, who would be available “the following day.” It’s been three days and I’m still waiting. Nobody has taken responsibility or even acknowledged the problem. The poor communication, bad service, and lack of any solution made this a completely negative stay. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, and I would NOT stay here again. My advice to future guests is to find another place, because this one doesn’t provide decent or respectful service.

The room was gloomy, and noise from the pool carried on late since I was right nearby. I also had to pay a $100 deposit. The front desk lady was pleasant and professional, but she never told me there was no hot water. I went to bed dirty, and if I’d known, I wouldn’t have stayed. I’ve had a bad stay here before under the previous hotel chain, but figured things might be different after Wyndham bought it. The owners could do a lot better. I have to be up early for work, so it was too late to leave. Such a letdown. 🙄

That big desk was especially nice for reading and writing. The room felt cozy, the bed was really comfortable, and there was a good range of streaming on the TV. The staff were great and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’d pick this place again when I need a room in Enid.

Mrs. Bozarth. I absolutely love staying here, it feels like home away from home. The staff are friendly and do more than they have to so everyone is accommodated. The pool and hot tub feel like heaven. This motel deserves five stars.
