Western Inn and Suites

We stayed for a week, and our pet was there for one night. I told them we’d be taking him home the next day. The fee was $15, but nobody explained what time pets had to be checked out. When I came back from work, they charged another $15 because they’d already seen the pet the next day while I was walking him out of the building. This really upset me. They’re greedy for money. Don’t go here!

The sheets had crumbs and stains, and it didn’t look like anything had been washed or cleaned recently. There are bed bugs here. Don’t stay, it’s not worth the risk!!!

This was just gross. The place was dirty, down to a leftover lotlizard nail still on the floor. I was there for an event, but the room was so bad that I used a friend’s shower at another hotel. They watered down the waffle batter too, just to top it all off. Being an old hotel is one thing, but this was dirty.

There was plenty of hot water in the very clean bathroom, with good pressure. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the furniture is a bit dated but still nice. I slept well on the bed, though the pillows could use replacing. The young man who works days was great and very helpful, A+ to him. This is a good, clean, comfortable place if that’s what you’re after. If you expect Hampton or Holiday Inn Express, it may not be for you, but give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.
