They kept us supplied with the towels we needed during our several-day stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was set up nicely each morning for guests. I'd recommend this hotel whether you're just looking for a night's stay or spending several days in the area.

The room was neat and extremely clean, and breakfast had all the variety we could want to start the day. At the front desk, Chelon greeted us with a bright, bubbly attitude and did whatever she could to make us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at your Ephraim Utah location and wholeheartedly recommend it for a visit to the Sanpete County area.

The staff were kind and tried to help, including giving us a 10% discount without us asking. Still, our stay in room 303 was frustrating. We checked in around 3:15 pm on Friday February 6, 2026. The evening clerk was polite, and the room, with two queens, looked nice and smelled new. That made sense since the hotel had only opened 6 months ago. But my wife found the toilet wouldn't flush before we left for dinner and forgot to tell me. After dinner, she soaked her arthritis in the tub, which made loud vibrating noises as it drained. Later, I found the toilet doing the same thing. I borrowed a plunger from the desk clerk and eventually got it to flush properly. It failed again when my wife used it during the night. The next morning we swam, then I showered and she soaked in the tub again. The loud vibrating noise came back as the water drained. The clerk that morning, who was different from the one the night before, said freely that multiple rooms had the toilet problem. We told her about the tub too when we checked out. It seems the building was constructed with plumbing problems the contractor never fixed. The issue seems to be somewhere below the toilet and tub, in the floor or perhaps the second-floor wall where the upper sewer pipe heads down. I can only believe the owners know about it and are avoiding the cost of repairs. The staff can offer discounts and be nice, but their hands are tied. You may be fine if you ask for a room without plumbing problems. We'd stay again next time we're in town since it's a nice place and the best of the two in town, but we'd request a ground-floor room and confirm the plumbing works. I'd suggest others do the same. One smaller issue: the bathroom door frame in room 303 isn't level, so the door slowly swings shut. Annoying, but not a deal killer. The contractor could have fixed it easily by replacing a hinge with one that has spring tension in the opposite direction to balance the pull of gravity. It's sloppy work on something functional that you wouldn't notice until after booking. They took great care with what you can see, but not with how the room works. The owner needs to pay to fix these problems.

The fast internet, comfortable mattresses, and a couple of great restaurants nearby make the extra 15 minute drive from Mt Pleasant well worth it when I'm in town for work. Marin has also been especially helpful with booking.
