The women at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is in a good spot. Our room, 210, had a king bed, a nice bathroom, and a big plus: a kitchen. It was very clean. The basic cable was fine since we barely watched TV. It felt a little cold at night, but I noticed the window was unlocked and slightly open. We shut it, and the heater worked fine. There was some hallway noise now and then, which we assumed was housekeeping doing their rounds. Great staff and a very nice hotel. I’d stay again. Very nice borat like.

The staff were very nice and the location was great. My only issues were that the room didn’t look cleaned when I arrived, and I couldn’t stream anything to the TV. Most newer IHG TVs support streaming, and devices that let you stream to one aren’t very expensive anymore.

I’m an IHG member and travel for work, so I’ve stayed here many times, most recently in December of 2025. Until this visit I’d never had a problem. I don’t use third parties and prefer booking directly so I can deal with the hotel if something comes up. For my extended stays, I usually work out a rate with them. This time they offered just $5 off per night, which I appreciated and accepted. I specifically asked for a room with a bedroom, since those are limited, and for a non-handicap room. In the handicap rooms you have to get down on your knees to use the microwave, and the counters are lower. They put me in one anyway. I declined it, and they moved me to a different room, though not the one I’d reserved. They wouldn’t discount the room at all. It was 50° in my room while it was 37° outside. After more than 20 minutes, I was still waiting to learn whether they’d move me or fix the heat. After 1½ hrs, I went to the desk. The associate said she’d call in 10 minutes, but never did. The room got up to 60, and I gave up and went to sleep. At checkout I asked for compensation for that first night. I’m still waiting to hear back, and I won’t stay here again.

Jalyssa and her team made us feel at home, and I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was exhausted from the drive, but the check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk, who I believe was the manager, even offered my Daughter’s Puppy a treat. The team also had plenty of suggestions for food, fun, and shopping while we waited for a concert. When I requested housekeeping, they took care of it quickly, and they kindly gave me a late checkout so I could run a few errands before the long drive home. I grabbed the free coffee on my way out, and it’s among the best hotel coffee I’ve had. The room smelled fresh, and the bed and pillows felt like a cloud. The shower pressure was AMAZING, and the hot water kept going even with my sore muscles. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we come back to town, and I highly recommend it.
