Best Western Escondido Hotel

Cara was so kind. Since we were traveling with dogs, she made sure we got a first-floor room with easy access outside.

The corridor carpets could use replacing or a deep clean, and the eggs and bacon at breakfast could be better. Still, we had a nice, clean, larger room with a king bed, and the service was good. It was a good stay.

I chose this hotel because it advertised an accessible room for my 89-year-old mother, who uses a walker. The bathroom in that room wasn’t accessible at all, which was a huge disappointment. It was also dirty, the hair dryer didn’t work, and both the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I’d hoped for a comfortable stay, but it turned into a nightmare. I’m very disappointed and won’t come back.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and attractive, and breakfast had enough choices for everyone. This Best Western is also conveniently located and reasonably priced. I look forward to staying here again.
