The breakfast was limited to corn flakes or Froot Loops, and there was no regular coffee, only decaf. I also found burn marks all over the room, even on the blanket, which scratched my leg despite this being a non-smoking room. One pillow had black spots, there was no phone, and the door lock stuck. I changed my rating to one star after finding roaches. Still, the worst part was the receptionist coming outside first thing in the morning and yelling at me for taking a picture of the building. I showed her my phone so she could see what I had photographed, but she kept saying it wasn’t normal. I’d been considering three stars before that.

We booked at the last minute on Saturday night and thought everything was great for the price. The woman at check-in was really nice and helpful.

I couldn’t sleep comfortably: there were only two small pillows, the bed was really uncomfortable, and the blanket was thin. We had to switch rooms because the first one wasn’t what we’d paid for, and they charged extra for the change. Both rooms smelled bad, and the towels were yellow-stained. I thought the place would be okay for what we paid, but it wasn’t.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online, with cracks everywhere and holes in the blanket. The towels were stained too. I found roaches, then saw baby mice in the room. When I went to the front desk, the woman there didn’t even seem to care. Just disgusting. Don’t stay here!

They’re doing some work on the lobby, and I haven’t stayed there. Even so, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this place.
