Aspen Winds on Fall River

The owners made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful. Our suite was spacious and very clean for our family of four, with a full kitchen and fridge, and the price was very affordable for what you get. We enjoyed the beautiful, relaxing views right outside the room. It’s a great base for exploring Estes Park and RMNP. There’s no AC, but even in late July we didn’t really miss it. Get up early for cinnamon rolls at the bakery just down the road.

The grounds were beautiful, and hearing the river running just outside our door was lovely. The spa suite was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. It was quiet and peaceful but still close to the parks and downtown. My husband and I stayed only two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the Estes Park area.

The sheets were heaven, and the place was clean and comfortable. Our cabin had a handy little kitchenette with everything we needed, and the stream outside was so peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining and local attractions. I liked that they asked about the tours we took so they could keep their recommendations up to date for other guests. It’s a beautiful, quiet place to relax and enjoy the mountains. 100% recommend.

This is a locally owned place, and the couple who run it are wonderful and kind. I’ve stayed twice and will definitely come back. The spa rooms are gorgeous, with a gas fireplace and a huge tub facing the river. The bed is so comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. You can’t beat the location, right on the river and just minutes from the Fall River Road Entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes. We woke up to massive elk napping outside!
