The spa suite was bright and roomy, with a large shower and everything well maintained. We loved opening the kitchen window to hear Fall River, and the private back patio between the units was such a peaceful place to sit. My husband and I stayed together for the first time this year, after years of wonderful visits to Boulder Brook with my mother, and it was every bit as special. The service really stands out: Beverly helped me when I made the reservation, Julie checked us in, and Katie followed up by text after I accidentally left something behind. They even mailed it back to me. Every interaction was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will happily return.

Fall River is only a few feet from the cabin's back deck, and the big windows give you a lovely view. The cabin was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and eager to help however they could. I loved it and will definitely stay at Boulder Brook again!

Our rooms were right by the river, and it was beautiful. We were in Estes Park to visit town and Rocky Mountain National Park, and the location sits between the two. The rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and had lots of amenities.

We loved spending time on the back deck, just listening to the river. Boulder Brook is quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes from town, the restaurants and sightseeing, as well as Rocky Mountain State Park. Our spa suite had everything we needed for relaxing between nearby activities, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and checkout were easy, and communication with staff was great.

So peaceful and quiet, with the river just outside to sit by and read. The grounds were great, and the rooms were clean. Check-in and checkout were both easy. Great place to stay!
