The service here was unmatched. When an issue came up with our vendor rent, the staff really came through and saved our weekend. My friend and I were in Estes Park for Memorial Day weekend as art market vendors, and needed somewhere affordable and nearby. We booked three nights at Saddle and Surrey because its prices were among the best, and expected very little, but the motel delivered. The room was spotless, bigger than expected, and had a comfortable bed. We brought our own food since art vendor profit margins are razor thin, so the mini fridge and microwave in each room mattered. The fridge was larger than we expected, and they even let us use the staff freezer for what wouldn’t fit in its small freezer. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and tasty muffins. We plan to return for a fun, relaxing trip to Estes Park. Thanks so much to the Saddle and Surrey staff!

The deluxe queen room with a kitchen was large, very clean, and had plates, pans, cups, and utensils. We liked it much more than the other hotels we’ve booked in Estes Park. Sorry we couldn’t leave Sonia, our housekeeper, a tip. We were traveling cashless and checked out early to get on the road. We’ll be back next time we’re in Estes.

The location worked perfectly for our golf weekend, with the course just across Hwy 7 from Saddle & Surrey. We live around Denver and came for our 25th anniversary. The staff were amazing, and our room was ready when we stopped by, so we checked in early. It was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and a big shout out to our housekeeper Sonia. Breakfast had pastries, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, juice, and coffee, plenty to get the day going. Thanks!

We were in Estes for a wedding for five days, and most hotels were nearly twice what we paid here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even though the place was packed, our room was very clean and quiet. We usually choose pricier chain hotels when we travel, but we’ll definitely come back here.

Andrea is why this gets five stars. She stayed late and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was nice and clean, and the motel is an easy walk from the event center.
