Best Western New Oregon

Becca at the front desk was awesome, studious, kind, and great with people. The front desk staff also accommodated my needs well and with a smile. Brittany and Bailey in the morning breakfast hall lifted my spirits with their warm hearts and kind smiles. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The hotel also has a pool, personal saunas, and a fitness cardio room, and the rooms were kept up nicely. I encourage people coming here to join this best western family.

Hot breakfast was a highlight, with fresh food and lots of choices, and the location was close to everything while still quiet enough for a peaceful night. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were especially flexible and caring when I had to cancel at the last minute because of a medical emergency. They went out of their way to help, which made a stressful situation much easier. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

Our room was very nice, with a balcony overlooking a small stream. The pool and sauna were available, as was breakfast, but getting to them meant walking outside, and it was quite a trek from our room. Service was good. The location works well for games at Knight Arena, across the street and about a block away.

There was plenty of TV to watch, lots of breakfast choices, and enough seating. The coffee pods were good, and the rooms even had half and half. We also had plenty of towels and soaps, and everything was clean. One of our best hotel stays in a while.
