There are around a hundred restaurants along both sides of the main road, plus other shops and services nearby. This place seems geared toward visitors coming in from out of town for a quick meeting. The rooms are brand new and efficient, but really small. That size is the only reason I gave it four stars.

The staff need to change their attitudes, because the hospitality here was awful. There wasn’t even a greeting when we came in, and nobody else seemed to be taking up their time. Sometimes no greeting is fine, but when we went to the desk, we expected a response. I’ve stayed at Hilton Tru hotels before; this group acted like they didn’t want to be there. I usually don’t complain about service, but some serious changes are needed. Our first problem was at the desk around 9:30 PM on 10/14/25. The woman was impatient and hit the counter three times to hurry my husband along while he was looking through his wallet for the payment card and ID. She seemed to try being nicer after she saw I’d noticed her outburst, but it was too late. In the room, there was used soap in the shower, some unknown stuff under the sink (I left a picture), and an empty shower gel dispenser. My husband threw out the soap and didn’t want to make a fuss so late, especially after our long drive when the beds looked inviting. The next morning the breakfast drinks were badly watered down, which usually suggests employees may be taking their employer’s products home. The pancake machine was cute, though, and breakfast was okay. At 8am the gym towel shelf was empty, and the hand sanitizer dispenser was broken. After brunch, we politely asked the front desk to send someone to refill the shower gel. The new person there was even ruder. I said hello and got no answer, just a rude look. I gave our room number and made the request, but she stared back without replying, so my husband and I stood there looking at each other. I gave up and started to leave. Then she said, “wait I was trying to process it.” Process what, a request to refill the soap dispenser? Goodness.

The breakfast staff were great, especially the woman in charge. But we won’t be back. I use crutches, and the accessible parking spaces are about 70' farther from the door than the spaces for Hilton loyalty members. The shower water was only tepid at 3 pm, and the pressure stayed very low throughout our visit. They’ve also started charging for parking, which is ridiculous for a suburban hotel.

Home2 and True are combined in an interesting way here, and everyone shares one breakfast room that can get pretty crowded. The breakfast was fresh, and the workers were very polite.
