Marty was friendly and outgoing, and the community room with its pool table and games was a nice feature. Our room was cozy, the beds were comfortable, the AC plentiful, and the wall-mounted TV very nice. The fridge was cold, but there was no microwave in the room, and there was no closet. Housekeeping was sparse. There was no safety latch on the door, though it felt safe enough. The location is a little ways from downtown activities but still accessible. The advertised fire pit wasn't going at night, and the vending machine sodas were five months old and expired. There were lots of roaches in the parking lots, but none in the room. We stayed five nights at a reasonable price, and Mertie Mays, hands down the best restaurant in town, was a short drive away. You get about the amount of amenities and service you pay for. Not a bad choice at all.

We rented two connecting rooms for our first Eureka Springs visit, from Jul 31-Aug 5. The place is really cute, and the rooms were clean with cold AC, comfortable beds, and plenty of pillows. We used the in-room fridge and the microwave in the common area. Saturday they lit a campfire and we made s'mores, and the clean pool was a hit with my youngest. Marty, Allison, Cassandra and Hunter were all friendly and helpful, with suggestions for things to see and do. Restaurants, shops, rivers, lakes, and caves were all within a 10-20 minute drive in either direction. We had a great stay and hope to visit again soon. We'll definitely book here again. Thanks for helping us make memories! -Tosh

My friends and I accidentally picked this hotel while I was trying to show them Eureka Springs. I couldn't remember its name from my childhood visits, but the moment I stepped onto the property, I recognized it and felt all that nostalgia, even after the remodel. My grandparents lived behind the graveyard just down the road, and my family stayed here a lot. I have so many pictures with my cousins and my late brother in the little cabin, by the great room fireplace, and on the wireframe cart. The renovations kept the spirit of the place I loved. It doesn't look overly trendy or HGTV gray, and it doesn't feel dated either. I do miss the old chandelier in the great room, but as long as the cabins and fireplace are still there, I can live with that. I hope this place stays open for a very long time.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, just what my family needed to rest and recharge. We liked being able to pull up right to our door and unload the truck, and the game room was fun too. My only small complaint is that the pool and game room close too early for us. 9 p.m. feels a bit early for my family. Other than that, it was a great place. Great job.

We were really happy with our stay. The room was cozy, beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally clean. Staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. It was also great to have a section at the back of the lot for larger trucks and truck-and-trailers, which is hard to find around there. I loved the place enough to buy a T-shirt!
