I needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, and the price and reviews persuaded me to give this place a try. The owner was very sweet to talk with and shared ideas for places to go and things to see, along with a book of attractions and food. It’s a 2-star motel, so I only expected it to be clean and safe, and it was. There’s some wear in the room, but it adds to the charm and didn’t get in the way of my stay. The walls are thin, and I could hear water in the pipes and the housekeepers moving around. I’m deaf, though, so I could just take out my hearing aids and enjoy the peace and quiet. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area.

THE CUTEST!!!! I’ve worked in bathroom remodeling with my old man for years, so motels were always a NEVER for our trips. I was hesitant, but I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised! The place was SO CLEAN, and the front desk was so hospitable. You can tell they’ve put ALOT of work and love into it. 5 out of 5, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Coffee in the rooms is a nice touch, and this cozy, convenient place is right on the strip. I stayed in October for the first time and was so impressed by how clean it was and how accommodating the owners were. I’ve just booked another trip for April 2nd, and the owner was courteous again. Give this sweet little place a try. I highly recommend it.

The owners were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, with great suggestions for exploring the area. Our room at the Eureka Springs Heritage Motel was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was cosy enough for a really good night’s sleep. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.
