Red Bud Manor Inn

I loved every minute here. There are decks around the manor for taking in historic Eureka Springs, and the grounds also have a private hot tub that's outside but screened from view. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. The owners are sweet, welcoming and lovely. Breakfast was five stars, and the scenery was beautiful, especially for February.

The hosts are lovely to talk to and gave us great suggestions for local food and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with generous portions and enough variety for anyone to find something they liked. The garden is peaceful, too. We stayed in the garden suite, which is small but works well if you're mostly out visiting town. The tub has plenty of hot water, though the shower is small. A couple of things to consider: the ceiling is low, about seven feet, which mainly affects tall travelers, and the bed is very soft. If you prefer a firm bed and can't manage a night or two on a very soft one, you could ask whether another room might suit you better.

David and Jane are wonderful, fun hosts, and breakfast each morning was amazing. My husband still talks about Jane’s famous beer battered bacon waffles! We stayed in the Garden Suite, which was spectacular: clean, quiet, cozy and so relaxing. Best B&B we've ever stayed at. We'll be back!

The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts made an effort to meet everyone's dietary needs, which I appreciated. We enjoyed chatting with the couple who run the bed and breakfast, then sitting together on the front porch as a car show passed at the end of it. I think they said there's a different kind of car show every week in summer. The rooms are at opposite ends of the walkout basement under the house. As a disabled guest, I found getting from the porch or parking area to the room manageable, though I had to use my wife as a handrail on steps with nothing to hold. The bed was comfortable. The main drawback was the tiny shower. I didn't want to use the huge tub because its window had no curtains. We definitely plan to visit again.
