The innkeepers were gracious and friendly, and we loved the town, which felt refreshingly LGBTQ friendly and liberal for the middle of AR. The room had lots of sunlight, a comfortable bed that caused no back problems, and a jacuzzi tub that fit both my short self and my tall husband. Breakfast was unusual and delicious: chicken and waffles one day, chicken Parmesan with noodles another, plus dessert, and great coffee. The walk to the main thoroughfare was longer than I expected, and the uphill road back was too much in the cold weather we had. Parking in the main district is cheap, but go early to find a spot.

We had a lovely time in the cozy cottage, with its delightful interior design. Steven and Joel were wonderful hosts, and we made sure not to miss a single early breakfast. The homemade pumpkin pie was a delicious highlight. We'd love to come back ❤️🔥

The garden flowers and plants are beautiful, and the grounds feel like a quiet sanctuary even though points of interest are nearby. We loved the warm, cozy rustic decor in the ASPEN #4 cottage. It's a lovely place to relax while touring the Eureka area, with nice cottages, a great breakfast and pleasant people to deal with. Breakfast was excellent, and the chocolate cakes were awesome.

We come to eureka springs at least four times a year, and this is by far our favorite place we've stayed. The grounds are beautiful, the location is wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. Steven and his staff are the nicest. We had our own themed cottage, number 5, with a jacuzzi tub, a fantastic breakfast and good company. It was heaven for a weekend getaway. We can't wait to come back and see the other cottages. I just know they'll be just as perfect!

The breakfast bell at 9 is such a cute touch, and the meal kept us full until mid-afternoon. We also liked having a trolley stop right by the cottages. We came to our favorite town for our 21st anniversary, after honeymooning here and coming back whenever we can. This was our first stay at this place, but it won't be our last. The cottages feel cozy and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. The owner and staff were all so nice, and the price was very affordable. We highly recommend it.
