The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they’re clearly doing their best to turn the place around. I appreciated the cute balconies, the great workout room, and the safe parking. I had a peaceful night here, close to downtown businesses and the water. The night before, at the Comfort Inn, someone above me slammed the floor and walls all night and staff wouldn’t do anything. That cost me $189 and a sleepless night. I’d choose this hotel over Comfort Inn any day. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Jo, the manager, was the best part of my stay. I lost my car keys, and she used her local connections to find a tow truck driver who could open the car. He was willing to do it for free for her, though of course we paid him. The rooms are very clean and have lovely balconies, and the location feels safe and is an easy walk to the old town. I’ll always stay here when I visit Eureka. Jo, thanks for helping me out when I was in a real jam.🙂

We’d been driving toward the redwoods on a road trip and were exhausted, so we stopped around 3 a.m. and rang the doorbell. The kindest lady buzzed us in and helped us get a room in the middle of the night. Since we’d been driving so long, she also offered us a late checkout. Amazing service, and she was so sweet. Highly recommend!

We needed a last-minute room because of the wildfires, and got one quickly, easily, and cheaply. The room was cozy and surprisingly nice, and we slept great. We even had a balcony, and the free grab-and-go breakfast was a nice bonus. The woman at the front desk was especially lovely, personable, and accommodating, even though I was in a terrible mood. Five stars for her. Highly recommend!

I love staying here, every single time. Joe at the front desk is amazing, with the kind of presence that makes you think she was made for this job. The other people who’ve checked me in have been just as kind, and it’s comforting to see how well they work together.
