The staff were AMAZING, friendly, helpful, and never rude or made us feel like a bother. The hotel is what you'd expect for the price, though some of the other guests were a different story. Someone stole the gas cap off my car. Our first room smelled strongly of mildew, but the front desk moved us right away to a much better one. That room had a connecting door, which we kept locked, but the “characters” next door kept messing with it, screaming and whispering through it. We left earlier than planned because of that. You get what you pay for, and it is lake city afterall.

The beds are so comfortable, way better than guest inn. No elevator, so getting around is a bit harder, but it's good exercise. The girl at the front counter is amazing and friendly, and made the stay feel like home. I love those beds!!!

STAY AWAY!! We left the room clean, but they kept our 50$ deposit. The manager said they'd hold it because we had visitors, while smoking and blowing smoke in my face. Thieves, and I'll be reporting them. The place was roach infested, with broken furniture and no bed frame. Awful management. The manager is a lazy lady with underage teen moms working overnight.

I had a good time staying there, and everyone on staff was helpful. The cleaning lady dee was on point. Anything you need, they get it. My best hotel experience, thanks.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a very welcoming, professional receptionist. There are restaurants and lots of businesses nearby. I enjoyed the stay and will book again.
