The staff were rude and made no effort to help. We asked to change rooms and they couldn’t be bothered to accommodate us. We knew within minutes of checking in that we didn’t want to stay, but they refused a refund. We didn’t use the room or the amenities we’d paid for, and it isn’t right to keep someone’s hard-earned money when they never got what they paid for. Businesses that operate this way should be held accountable. The room was so unsanitary I doubt it would pass any kind of health inspection. There was something smeared on the bathroom walls, half-eaten food around the room, used tissues and Q-tips on the floor in plain sight, and Fruity Pebbles caked on the furniture and trash cans. We were disgusted, and when we raised it with staff, they acted like this was normal. I urge people to stay away. If you need a place for the night, drive a little farther in either direction. Any hotel would be better.

We left after about three hours and were told we wouldn’t get any refund. We won’t be back. The carpeting was stained, the walls were gross, and the customer service was poor. We had our fur baby with us, and she kept digging under the AC/Heater. When we checked what she was after, we found a bunch of food and nasty stuff under the unit. This place needs a major update.

Everything else about the room was good, but the floor and ceiling were filthy. My bare feet turned black from walking on the floor, and dirty webs were hanging from the ceiling.

We woke up at midnight to bed bugs. When we pulled the bed out to show the staff, there were hundreds, both dead and alive. We left our luggage there and had to sleep in our car. We asked for a refund but never got one. This place is disgusting, and they’re not honest.
