The breakfast was great, and it still looked as fresh at 8:30 as it had for my husband at 6:30. Nice work, folks! We had a lovely one-night stay. Michael at the front desk greeted us warmly and had just made fresh coffee. Our room was immaculate and spacious, and we were delighted to find a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. It’s a brand-new facility, and the staff are doing an amazing job keeping it clean and tidy.

We stayed here with our two dogs on a road trip up the coast. It’s super clean and quiet, with friendly, helpful staff and a thoughtful layout. The little details in the room impressed me, from the shower ledge for shaving your legs to the wheels on the desk table that let you turn it into a dining table. I’d choose this place over almost any other option in the area. Worth it!

I booked this hotel during a family emergency, then canceled after my five-month-old baby started projectile vomiting an hour later. Murphy’s Law, I guess. No one wants sick people at their facility. I tried to get a refund and spoke with three staff members. The last agent, Ashley, was inconsiderate and rude. I expected the hotel to show some humanity, especially around the holidays. I’ll be staying away from Hilton Hotels for a long time.

The room itself was comfortable and modern, but the toilet kept refilling through the night and disturbed my grandbaby. About half the TV channels provided weren’t working, and the front desk couldn’t resolve either problem. Ashley at the front desk was kind, though. Parking was a bigger issue. The lot seems poorly laid out, with about half the spaces marked compact, and it was full when my family arrived around 7:30 pm. I tried parking beside the building near the pool, but staff said it was against policy because that area was a fire lane. I understand they can’t risk getting in trouble at work, but the lane wasn’t painted or labeled and had no sign identifying it as a fire lane. I’d recommend making that clear to all guests, since it seems like a safety hazard. I ended up parking on the street in a very sketchy area and walking to the hotel. It’s a new, clean hotel, but with all those hiccups, especially for the rate we paid, I wouldn’t come back.
