For a motel, it’s a great value and pretty convenient. We’ve stayed here over the last 2 years, and it’s been clean and fairly modern for the most part. The grounds are tidy, the pool is really nice and clean, the bedding is fresh, and there are lots of TV channels, including HBO and Max. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is free. I’m picky about where I stay, but this place meets our needs and we’d recommend it to friends and family. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, though it looks like they’re upgrading the beds. The AC sits at the back of the room and keeps switching on and off. Not quickly, but the room can get a little warm overnight. The thermostat should go lower, or they could move or upgrade the unit. They’ll need to keep up with cleaning and the times, but so far so good, and we have no problem coming back.

The room smelled unpleasant, and the headboard had smudges. There were drip marks down the bathroom door, and wiping them off showed how filthy it was. We checked in and then right back out, but they wouldn’t give us a refund.

I stayed a few weeks and paid over $90, which I think was too much. The price later dropped to $65, a rate I consider reasonable. The staff work really hard, are nice, and keep the place clean. A few suggestions: put screens on the windows so flies stay out, and keep the eggs separate from the bacon because some people don’t eat pork and there could be cross-contamination. The gym could use a yoga mat and a few dumbbells too. Overall, it’s a great place, and the owner, Mr patel, seems nice.

Everything was fine, except the coffee pads weren’t refilled and the kitchen area wasn’t cleaned on the second day.
