Emma at the front desk made check-in easy. She was friendly, professional, answered my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her great attitude lifted the whole stay. The rest of the hotel was clean and comfortable, with rooms and common areas that felt organized and inviting. It was well maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was convenient. The experience was better than I expected.

There was plenty of room in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Breakfast had the usual cereal, bagels, fruit, and coffee, plus waffles and hot options that varied by day, including scrambled eggs one day and western omelets another. Sausage and fried potatoes were available too. They also have a workout room and an indoor pool, with a chair to lower someone into the water.

After a long day of travel, Emma at the front desk was a welcome sight. She was warm, kind, and helpful, and her calm manner made everything go smoothly. I’ve had few front desk experiences this good. My stay at the Hampton Inn was great.

The room was clean and nice, with fresh sheets. There were lots of outlets, plus a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and coffee pot. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the hotel is right off the interstate with easy access to just about everything. The heater kept running no matter what setting we tried, so we turned it off. I was unhappy to see a $32 reservation fee for guaranteeing the room in a text the night before leaving. I thought I’d called the hotel itself, though I guess the number was for the Lebanon hotel and routed somewhere else. I called the reservation line and explained that I hadn’t asked for a room refund guarantee, and they refunded the $32.
