Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lebanon

My boyfriend and I come here regularly when we go to Nashville for concerts. The rooms are always pristine and comfortable, with little road noise and a quiet feel. The customer service is consistently great, and Leon deserves extra thanks. He’s welcoming, approachable, friendly, and fun. What a great person to represent the hotel. Thanks to the whole staff for the lovely atmosphere and top-notch service.

The room was spotless, and it was a nice, quiet place. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast attendant was such a nice guy. My only issue was that the interstate street lights were too bright and hard to block out. That’s not the hotel’s fault.

The bedroom and living room were separate, the bathroom was a good size and bright enough for my morning skin care routine, and the room was clean. Wi-Fi worked great. I could hear the TV next door and the guest walking around at 5 a.m. every day, since the walls and ceiling don’t fully block sound. Breakfast had a full selection of hot and cold options. I also used the treadmill and free weights in the fitness room, and both worked great.

I’m sure the hotel itself is nice, but booking a room was too difficult. The staff transferred me to a reservation line that wanted to send a text message. When I called back, I was left on hold until I finally hung up. They need to make room for a human touch in the process.
